
Management Policy
It establishes the following guidelines as management policy

- ● Attend to the particular needs of each client, providing the most appropriate solutions in each case.
- ● Adaptation of the product to the customer’s requirements, complying with their specifications.
- ● Quick resolution of any incident.
- ● Application of new technologies, promoting our strong commitment to innovation.
- ● Protection of the environment by preventing pollution, generating the minimum possible amount of waste in order to minimize the impact on the environment due to the exercise of the activity.
- ● It shall comply with the legal and other requirements to which ROVIMATICA subscribes.
- It will be understood that the minimization of the effects of environmental impacts is a consequence of the minimization of the significance of the related environmental aspects, which is achieved by acting fundamentally on the magnitude and nature of the same. That is to say, the work around the environment in ROVIMATICA will always tend to minimize the significance of the environmental aspects.
ROVIMATICA’s management is aware that this can only be achieved by:
- ● Continuous contact with customers to detect and discuss their needs and to serve as a basis for continuous improvement.
- ● The use of appropriate equipment for product processing.
- ● Proper maintenance of all equipment and appliances.
- ● Constant concern for customer satisfaction.
- ● The application of the quality and environmental system, in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards to guarantee quality and the environment and the improvement of services.
This policy must be understood and assumed by all, with management as the first to assume the guidelines described. Annually, objectives consistent with the above will be defined and must be met by all.
