Line programming has been carried out using the MOTION system to achieve perfectly synchronized follow-ups.

Design, wiring, and programming of a machine consisting of six winders, a main train, and an accumulator buffer for coil changes. Linear speeds of up to 70 m/s are required, including individual coil changes.

The system consists of a LENZE MOTION PLC, seven servomotors with LENZE drivers communicating via ETHERCAT, three ESA touchscreens, a fine-tuning system using load cells, and accumulator control via pneumatic servo control.
