We are looking for a Robotics Engineer with experience in ROS2 to join our R&D team. The selected candidate will work on developing both fixed and mobile robotic applications, contributing to innovative projects in the field of industrial and service robotics.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and test robotic solutions using the ROS2 framework
- Develop applications for robot navigation and manipulation
- Integrate and configure different sensors for environmental perception
- Participate in the implementation of motion planning algorithms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complete project development
- Document technical development and maintain source code
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar)
- Strong programming knowledge in C++ and Python
- Demonstrable experience with ROS/ROS2 framework
- Experience in developing solutions for robotic navigation and/or manipulation
- Proficiency in at least one simulation environment (Gazebo, RViz, Moveit, IsaacSim or others)
- Experience with sensors for robotic perception (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- High level of English (minimum B2)
Valued
- Experience with SLAM algorithms (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)
- Knowledge in programming and control of industrial robotic arms (UR, Mitsubishi, ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, etc.)
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Knowledge in "Eye-to-hand" calibration (camera to robotic arm)
- Master's or PhD in areas related to robotics
- Participation in open source projects related to ROS
- Experience in industrial environments
