Design, wiring and programming of a machine for processing metal parts with flaring, beveling, bending and rolling. The machine feeding system is carried out by means of a robot piloted by artificial vision, also performing quality control in this area.

The electrical system consists of a PLC S7317, 2 SIEMENS 12" touch screens, 11 LENZE servomotors communicated by PROFIBUS, 4 servo valves for hydraulic cylinders with HNC control from BORSCH, hydraulic station with 4 pumps of 40CV, 1 MITSUBISHI robot and 1 artificial vision system based on HALCON. FESTO electric cylinders are also used for quick change of parts.
