Machine Learning Engineer
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D&I team. The selected candidate will work on innovative projects and contribute directly to the development of technologies that impact different industries, actively participating in national and European research projects.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize experiments to identify complex relationships between variables and discover temporal patterns in data
- Develop rapid prototypes that allow hypothesis validation and guide development towards the most promising approaches
- Implement ML/DL algorithms using open source frameworks, optimizing their performance for specific applications
- Process and analyze signals from real-time data acquisition systems
- Build processing pipelines that integrate multiple modalities (vision, control signals, IoT data)
- Design iterative experiments to explore different algorithmic approaches in an agile manner
Essential Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, artificial intelligence or signal processing
- Strong proficiency in open source ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, XGBoost, LightGBM
- Experience in digital signal processing and time series analysis
- Ability to conceptualize experiments that reveal relationships between variables and complex temporal patterns
- Skills to develop rapid prototypes that allow validation of different algorithmic approaches
- Advanced experience in Python: NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, OpenCV and signal processing tools

Robotics Engineer – ROS2
We are looking for a Robotics Engineer with experience in ROS2 to join our R&D team. The selected candidate will work on developing both fixed and mobile robotic applications, contributing to innovative projects in the field of industrial and service robotics.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and test robotic solutions using the ROS2 framework
- Develop applications for robot navigation and manipulation
- Integrate and configure different sensors for environmental perception
- Participate in the implementation of motion planning algorithms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complete project development
- Document technical development and maintain source code
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar)
- Strong programming knowledge in C++ and Python
- Demonstrable experience with ROS/ROS2 framework
- Experience in developing solutions for robotic navigation and/or manipulation
- Proficiency in at least one simulation environment (Gazebo, RViz, Moveit, IsaacSim or others)
- Experience with sensors for robotic perception (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- High level of English (minimum B2)

R&D Project Lead
We are looking for an R&D Project Lead to join our innovation team. The selected candidate will bridge advanced technological research and competitive funding opportunities, working hand in hand with our R&D Director to define the company’s technological roadmap and materialize it into successful projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of the latest innovations in computer vision, AI, robotics and automation
- Identify technological development opportunities aligned with our strategy
- Propose innovative project ideas that add value to our strategic line
- Write high-quality technical proposals for competitive calls (Horizon Europe, CDTI, AEI, red.es, regional calls)
- Design strategic consortiums with complementary partners
- Coordinate budget preparation and project timeline planning
- Create and maintain strategic relationships with complementary companies for consortium formation
- Identify technological and industrial partners for national and international collaborative projects
- Participate in sector events and innovation networks to expand our network of collaborators
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals are innovative and viable
- Define execution requirements for approved projects
- Act as a link between strategic vision and technical implementation
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading R&D proposal writing and working with our priority technologies
- Deep knowledge in computer vision, artificial intelligence, robotics, UAVs and automation systems
- Demonstrable experience in European and national competitive calls
- Advanced English level (minimum C1)
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical training
